Standard electronic system for data acquisition and control of IBERTEST materials testing machines.

ADVANTAGES

  • Able to work directly or remote via a PC. Even when the computer fails the test could be carried out.
  • The control over order machine components (servo valve, servo motor, etc) is fully digital simplifying the adjusting process (PID adjust, calibration, etc) which could be done from the software.
  • Up to 5000 readings per second and per channel
  • Sychronous channels
  • Up to 8 slots for expansion, where up to 7 auxiliary channels could be mounted. The first channel is reserved for the load measure. Additional digital channel for displacement transducer.
  • Calibration parameters are loaded in the EPROM memory, avoiding recalibrations after new hardware or software installations
