Digitisation of manufacturing processes

The main objective of this project is to take a first step towards the DIGITALISATION OF IBERTEST’s PRODUCTION PLANT, focusing firstly on the design work and its transfer to the production team. The current work methodology is highly manual and time-consuming. This project aims to reduce information transfer errors and increase efficiency in the production process.

For this reason, IBERTEST has set out to implement the necessary production, quality control and design means that will allow it, through the digitalisation and automation of these processes, to increase its efficiency and profitability. In this way, it aims to increase its competitiveness in the market while improving the quality and reliability of the equipment it sells.

Digitisation of designs made by the Technical Office and transfer of information.
Digitisation of the production process.
More control of material consumption and warehouse status.
